DESCRIPTION
AA3414
SINGLE-SUPPLY DUAL HIGH CURRENT OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER
AA3414 is a high output current, high output voltage swing and high gain dual operational amplifier capable of driving 70mA. The IC is available in 8-pin TSSOP (AA3414A) and 8-pin SOP (AA3414S) package. FEATURES * Bipolar Technology * Provided in TSSOP-8, SOP-8 package * Single Power Supply * Wide Operating Voltage from 3V ~ 15V * Capable of driving 70mA * 1.0V/us Slew Rate APPLICATIONS * Audio * Digital Photo Frame * Portable Digitals
